Our Story

Phi was founded by Chris Miller and Mike West. Chris and Mike have been developing multi-million $USD digital infrastructure projects from site selection, to design, through to build and operations for over 20 years in multiple geographies. Having completed a major project at the end of 2021 Phi was formed to deliver Sustainable Technology Campuses in the UK.

CEO & Co-Founder

Mike West

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Power Harvest Infrastructure (Phi), Mike stands at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital landscape through the development of High-Performance Data Centres and Sustainable Technology Campuses.

With 25+ years of experience, his visionary leadership emphasizes renewable energy integration, setting new industry standards. As founding investor and technical director at Chayora, Mike's expertise spans global scale projects, delivering efficient, resilient facilities. His role at Asia West Group showcases commendable acquisitions, funding, incubation, and successful exits within the sector.

CRO & Co-Founder

Chris Miller

Chris, an ex-army officer and tank commander in the British Army with a BSc Hons in IT, brings over 25 years of experience spanning the IT and Business services industries. Having led successful Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe, he co-founded Power Harvest Infrastructure, championing renewable energy for Digital Infrastructure projects.

Chris excels in aligning governmental departments and private sector organizations with optimal Data Centre facilities, prioritizing sustainability, and ethics. Notably, he played a pivotal role in Chayora's growth before redirecting his focus in 2022 to develop STCs in the UK and EMEA, with plans for global replication.

CFO

Dan Kirtley

Dan, the CFO at Power Harvest Infrastructure, is an experienced Finance Professional with strong record of leading M&A transactions, deal structuring, and corporate fundraising. Energetic, commercial, and quick to build strong professional relationships, Dan employs excellent financial analysis and modelling skills to support close stakeholder engagement and negotiation.

Dan has a 20-year track record within large financial institutions, boutique M&A advisory and on the boards of operating businesses. He brings with him hands-on experience of guiding fundraising and M&A processes at the large / publicly traded end of the spectrum, through mid-market private equity to smaller SME trade sales.

Sydney Bennett-Miller
